I Dream Of Wires aims to get your purchase to you within one week of receiving payment, 10 days for overseas customers. We will e-mail you to notify of despatch.
All UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail Signed For. Overseas items will be sent via Royal Mail International recorded delivery. Postage will vary according to the weight of your package.
If you are not at home when delivery is made Royal Mail will leave a calling card for you to collect from your local post office within 7 working days. If you do not collect within this time Royal Mail will return the package to us. We can re-send it to you, but we will charge for postage again.
Please note we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged after despatch – if you are worried an item has been lost e-mail us at info@idreamofwires.co.uk. We can provide you with a tracking number for your delivery. For items lost or damaged we can make a claim for reimbursement by Royal Mail and may be able to re-fund you once the claim has been settled with them.
We are sure you will love your I Dreams Of Wires buy! If for any reason you want to return your item to us for a refund, we can do this provided we are satisfied with the condition of the item upon receipt.
Please e-mail us at info@idreamofwires.co.uk to notify us you will be returning your item, detailing the reason for refund request. This must be done within 7 days of you receiving your goods to qualify for a refund. Then make sure you return the item to us within 14 days of your receiving the item allowing 2–3 days for postage, to get your refund. Retain proof of postage from your Postal Service as we cannot refund items lost or damaged by them – although we regret we do not refund cost of despatch or return postage. Please check description and size guidelines of items thoroughly before buying. Vintage items will have been worn unless otherwise stated, but we aim only to offer the best condition vintage on our site. Any obvious wear or damage will be pointed out in the description.
